Specification content for Unit 3 of our Cambridge Technical IT (2016 suite) qualifications has been updated

We have updated Unit 3 of our Cambridge Technical in IT (2016 suite) qualifications. This will ensure the external exam for Unit 3 contains a range of questions over the assessment series and that candidates can receive appropriate credit for exemplifying key content points in their responses.

Whilst the underpinning knowledge and understanding has not changed, teachers can now exemplify the various assessment criteria in the way they see best fits.

To support your candidates’ preparation for the external assessment, please refer to the specimen assessment material (SAM) as well as the bespoke OCR resources  available for this unit, all of which can be found on the qualification page of our website.

The updated unit is now available on the qualification pages of our website. Please ensure you are using the latest version of Unit 3.
