OCR Level 1 and Level 2 Functional Skills

Reporting malpractice in Functional Skills qualifications.
Paper-based Functional Skills qualifications
When delivering paper-based Functional Skills qualifications, please do not make any notes or comments on the front cover of the paper. Annotations such as 'void' or 'spoiled' should not be made under any circumstances.
If a candidate completes their details on the front cover of the paper, but then either fails to answer questions or compromises the examination in some way, please send their paper as normal to the assessor for marking. We will then be able to see what has happened and investigate if necessary.
If you have reason to believe malpractice has occured, there are two ways to report this to us. Either send us a completed JCQ Form M1 or M2a/b as appropriate, to malpractice@ocr.org.uk, or attach an explanation letter to the paper when you send it to the assessor.
If you have any queries about this notice, please call our Customer Contact Centre on 02476 851509 or email vocational.qualifications@ocr.org.uk.
