Correction to Group C – Delivery pathway units – of the Level 3 NVQ Diploma in Customer Service
We have updated the Centre Handbook to remove the Level 1 unit 'Do your job in a customer-friendly way' (B1) from the Delivery pathway in the Level 3 Diploma. We have updated the handbook because this unit is not part of the Level 3 qualification.
All other supporting documentation is correct.
