A Level English moderation
We have updated the guidance provided in the A Level English specifications on the minimum moderation sample size that will be requested for the non-exam assessment.
The previous guidance stated that ‘If there are fewer than 10 learners, all the work should be submitted for moderation at the same time as marks are submitted’. We have updated this so that it now reads ‘If there are fewer than 15 learners, all the work should be submitted for moderation at the same time as marks are submitted.’
We have made this change so that the moderation sample size requests for the English non-exam assessment is the same as for other qualifications.
