For the evaluating and analysing performance for improvement (EAPI) component, we have updated the EAPI mark sheet, previously known as the Assessment Guide: EAPI mark sheet to make it clearer when students have approved extra time. This also means centres no longer need to apply separately for extra time for EAPI. 

The updated form asks teachers to: 

• record the JCQ Access Arrangements Online approval reference – your exams officer or SENCos should be able to provide this
• confirm whether extra time was used 
• record the total duration of the recording, including the extra time allowance.  

For easier access, we've moved the form to the Assessment > Forms section of the AS and A Level Physical Education qualification page in Teach Cambridge from the NEA/Coursework guides section.

Teachers should use the updated mark sheet form from September 2026, for first assessment in summer 2027.
