Specification reminder for A Level Film Studies (H410)

We’d like to remind you to make sure you’re using the latest version of our specification for A Level Film Studies H410.
You can view and download our amended specification (version 1.6, dated October 2022) from the A Level Film Studies qualification page.
In September 2021, we added the film Wings to our specification, which replaced the film Birth of a Nation. We’ve now removed all references to Birth of a Nation from the Silent Era set film list for Component 01: Film History.
Please also make sure you’re using the latest version of our delivery guide, sample assessment material and practice paper for Component 01. You can download these from the Planning and Teaching and Assessment sections of the qualification page.
