Text and task proposals for June 2018

Please be aware the deadline to submit all text and task proposals for June 2018 work is 31 January 2018. All proposals for June 2018 must be received by this date.

These proposals need to be submitted for the following qualification components:

• A Level English Language (H470/03) - Independent language research
  
• A Level English Literature (H472/03) - Literature post-1900 texts
  
• A Level English Language and Literature (EMC) (H474/04) - Independent study: analysing and producing texts
  
• A Level History A (H505) - Unit Y100: topic based essay
  

The relevant text and task proposal form must be used to submit all text and/or task titles to OCR for approval. The forms can be found on the left-hand side of the qualification pages and can also be accessed by clicking the links above. Centres can submit multiple forms.

We strongly advise centres to wait until we confirm their proposals are suitable before candidates begin working on the tasks. It is the centre’s responsibility to make sure any feedback given on the suitability of proposals is acted upon before submission of the non-examination assessment.

Approval from OCR is compulsory and any work submitted in June 2018 without prior approval could be subject to potential malpractice investigations.
