We need centres who have made June 2018 entries for one or more of the qualifications below to confirm they have followed the regulatory requirements by returning the OCR NEA Centre Declaration Form.

The centre declaration form must be signed by your head of centre and returned to us at centre.auth@ocr.org.uk by 15 May 2018.

This form is in addition to the NCN annual centre declaration which you should already have completed and retained within your centre.
