The review date for Level 2 qualifications is now 31 December 2027 – see our subject updates for the 2012 and 2016 suites published on 29 May 2024.

The review date for Level 3 qualifications is now 31 December 2026 – see our subject update published on 23 February 2023.

We’re pleased to confirm the Cambridge Technicals (2016) suite of qualifications has been extended. The new review dates (with the exception of those subject to the Sector Reviews in Wales) are shown below.

The review dates are the dates by which we will review the qualification’s fitness for purpose. We will let you know what is happening with the qualifications well before these dates.

For Wales, please refer to Qualifications in Wales for the latest information on the status of these qualifications.

You do not need to take any action and can continue to deliver these qualifications to your students.
