Component 05 visiting moderation: Live practical performance (15%)
- Off-site filmed evidence and associated logbooks of core and advanced skills in performing or coaching one activity – every candidate (if you cannot film your candidates you may not enter them for that sport).
- Sample of on-site filmed evidence – at least eight candidate performances, across at least three activities, encompassing a range of marks – ideally top, middle and lowest mark in each of the three activities.
- Logbook contents and authentication statement: Coaching

Entry Level Physical Education R463
Candidates must complete both tasks: Practical performance (80%) and Analysing performance (20%)
There are three entry options for submitting work – candidates must only be entered for one of the following options:
- Digital upload via Submit for Assessment (01)
- Postal moderation (02)
- Visiting moderation (03)
For digital and postal moderation, submit candidate evidence and forms below:
For postal moderation, please send filmed and written evidence by 15 May to OCR PE Filmed Evidence, Post Assessment Services, DC10, Hill Farm Road, Whittlesford, Cambridge CB22 4FZ.
For visiting moderation, the sample of candidates’ work will be moderated by live performance. If you are submitting marks in activities which cannot be moderated live, a sample of filmed evidence for each activity should be made available to the moderator on your moderation day.
